downloader.toolber.i ?

hey, my shannon has a virus on her comp... it says its Downloader.Toolber.I ... anyone know anything about this? its a trojan thingy... i cant find any info on the symantec site thingy.. and her search engines dont work (im at her place).

please help?
she ran AVG, it idnt catch it, despite that it's been popping up boxes to tell her she has it

when was the last time she updated her virus definitions?
