A friend of mine recently turned me on to the band Dream Theater. They've been around for a while, evidentally, but I've never heard of them til a few weeks ago. Is anyone else a fan?

So far, my favorite CD is "Falling Into Infinity" and "Images and Words". Favorite songs are "Hollow Years" and "Lines in the Sand" ...
 
I can't believe I never heard of them before .. I can't turn it off, seriously.. next to Pink Floyd's "Wish You Were Here", it's my favorite CD EVER.

Kruz - what's your favorite song? What are they like live?
 
Is Hawaii that far behind or is it just you? These guys are late 80's if I recall corrctly.
 
It's just not a part of the regular genre .. and if they had a top 20 hit, they might have hit here but I've never heard of them ... i'm so loving this band, it's not even funny ..
 
I never specified what size the room would be, or the capacity of the bleachers in said room, now did I? :D
