I need to check my media law stuff again. I was under the impression you can't just pull up someone's rap sheet like that.

I've done it *shrug*

I haven't found how to do Cdn ones but I've got American ones before.
 
Oh dear, since the department puts it online ect.... Np.
I'll just stick to fisting neocons in politics.

Go down to your local courthouse and get it yourself, its a matter of public record for anything you have went to court for. To get your arrest records you will need to see where they're kept (PD, SD, or hall of records) and request a copy, you can usually get your mug-shots too.

But it will cost you money, you may have to skip that next TeeShirt from Walmart.
