Exercise during lunch

This is the 2nd day that I've spent part of my lunch break doing 10 laps around the school yard. Hopefully I'll stay motivated to keep doing this :D
 
My ankle has healed up enough for a good 7 miles on the treadmill... not that I can be arsed to do it more than 3 times a week.
 
I usually give up because of boredom rather than fatigue. 3mph is a nice sturdy walking pace. Doing any considerable distance takes hours.
 
Running or walking?
I can walk pretty far too :D
I think it's because of the Boy Scouts //lots of long hikes, some close to 10 miles
 
Me? Walking. I've busted each ankle rather seriously a minimum of 4 times. Theyre too permanently wounded to run on for any kind of decent distance. Short sprints are still acceptable.

Same with me, only replace the busted ankle with bad asthma
I start coughing if I run more than... err... a little bit...
