Oaxaca is sold in the states under the name of Asadero. Its usually blended in with Monterrey Jack and the like to make tex mex quesadilla cheese.

Actually I love all sorts of cheeses except I can't stand the tasteless waxy stuff most people I know seem to eat(mild chedder ). It makes me want to ask them why they bother? ?(
