As to the original post, he's an idiot, has always been an idiot, and happens to be correct with this statement as it relates to Delaware. He's also the fool (I think) who made the crack about NASCAR dads or something similar. He's a desperate politician courting any vote he thinks he can get. If it has to come at the expense of yet another in the series of millions of derrogatory remarks against the South, that's fine with him and with most voters, so no big deal to me. I wouldn't vote him for dog catcher anyway.
