Give them Case instead of money.
Put Wal-Marts all over the place. Better to work for Sam than Robert Mugabe.
Teach them to fish. Teach them to irrigate. Teach them to eat what they can grow instead of what the can import.
Teach them to study & emulate what the British did.
Teach them that AIDS is a death sentence & so is fucking babies.
Get rockers, poppers & rappers out of Africa.
Get the NY Times out of Africa.
Get the UN out of Africa.
