Gold

yeah I was planning to get together all my 'recovery' gold today, but my ankle blew-up on me.

I guesstimate I've got 5-6 oz. maybe.
about 50 CPUs, 150 ISA cards, 40 HDs, and some other stuff.

I'm kinda wondering though, if the paper becomes worthless here, that may be
all I have to trade with, besides possessions.
 
If paper currency collapses, gold won't matter either. At that point, the only currencies that will work is toilet paper and loaded guns.

I've been in the business many years and have accumulated over that time.
I bought like 6 pallets of parts and old comp at a county school system auction in '95, and they all had soundblaster 16s and other old cards in them.
I resold about 15 of those, but there were still many left.
 
if anyone is familiar with investing outside of the US and pegged to other currencies, please PM me...
 
how many times to you get the urge to shoot someone on the road? They're all prospective buyers.
