Was a couple of days ago that I got it, hadn't bothered reading it until now.. the subject was "bitch" and all it said was "fuck you".

What I want to know is what can be done to sort out the blasphemous lout that sent it...

I think what you mean there is abusive. You have to be offended first for it to be offensive

Not quite in agreement with ya there dude. "Offensive language" is accepted as such, whether you personally are offended by the word "fuck" or not. Abusive implies a threat, probably physical, and in fact is actually stonger than simply "offensive". I would even argue that you couldn't actually label it "abusive" unless you were offended by it to begin with.
