i'd rather die

just saw NIN tonight. excellent show. sounded great live. he put together a fantastic band. went a bit overboard with the dry ice though. it was an outdoor ampitheater and there was no breeze. the stage was a fog bank all night long. couldnt see the band at all a few times it was so thick.
i thought me and my brother-in-law would be the oldest ones there, but there were quite a few that were older. saw several groups of kids escorted by a parent. a handful of goth types. some of the outfits some of the young women were wearing...made me wish i was 20 again.
going to see Echo and the Bunnymen next week.
going to try to get Rodger Waters tickets. i heard there were still some left.
