Like Homey said, Its not the whole state. Its just my individual county. Its just one of the fun little pieces of baggage that come from living in a conservative stronghold. 95% f what they do is AOK... but once in a while they go off the dementia deep end. Its already been tossed out and only being kept alive by various judicial stays. Those disclaimer stickers might be a good EBay item soon.
