34-year-old destroys expensive cars in dealership she owns with husband whom she suspects of having an affair

A petite 34-year-old woman slammed a sledgehammer into 18 cars, including her husband's four-month-old BMW 318, in a lunchtime rampage on Tuesday.

In just two minutes, it was all over. She then left in a car with her father and brother.

Her husband, Mr Robin Tu, 37, who had paid $300,000 for his BMW only four months ago, could only watch in horror as his wife went on the warpath on Tuesday afternoon at Carz Zone Automobile in Turf City Road - the second-hand car business that Mr and Mrs Tu both own.

Onlookers said Mrs Tu launched into her mission at about 12.30 pm, shattering the windows and windscreens of a number of expensive cars, including Mercedes-Benzes, BMWs and Volvos.

Then she turned to the BMW 318.

Sounds like the time my sister got really pissed off with an ex-boyfriend and did over his car - she took a baseball bat to it. :D I was the getaway driver.

WTF is he doing with a $300,000 BMW
The 3-series is their cheap models too (or it might be convertibles)
 
could be Sinapore dollars (if they use dollars). 300,000USD is way too much for any 3 series - especially a 318 - should be more like 30,000USD.

Nah its about US$170,000 if you convert it. They literally have several hundred percent tax on cars, not to mention you need to shell out several thousand dollars to get a PERMIT to own a car. The reason? The island is small. All those extra taxes are going into public transportation btw. In fact, Singapore has the best public transportation in the world from what I've seen. Not only is it almost free (like 50 cents for anywhere), but it covers just about the entire country, wherever you want to go.
