help with picture images????PLEASE

First I used to be able to make pics smaller-had some probs ith computer some guy got rid of alot of my things....I tries some of the links ppl here told me to use, still cannot figure it out (blonde & polish) (no jokes please) :lol2: . Bu this is confusing the hell out of me..need a FREE thing I would like to download to use ANY IDEAS,PWEASE HELP me here peeps...THANX.... :winkkiss:
alot is art things but I can't convert them to bmp,jpg,etc...???how can I do that.some ppl said upload it to their account, but not sure even how to do that, even when i post a article the pictures dont show???? URGHHHH-help frustrated....
 
Hey Mare,

Click on the pic in my post to see where you'll see the "manage attachments" button that you'll find at the bottom of the screen when you go to make a post ,you can upload the image that way .
