No, you cannot make a person conform by giving them a pill just as you cannot make them conform by creating laws against certain behaviors.

This study is gravely flawed and there are too many unknown variables. One of the flaws is presuming that racism is based in fear. You see this a lot too. If you are against homosexuality then you are "homophobic" etc.

It is more of cognitive conditioning than fear that leads one to have a racist mentality. But then what acts are considered racism? It is rather subjective, isn't it?
