when i go into norton speed disk it says this:
current 05 NT5 service pack 4

Warning! this version of speed disk has not been tested with the service pack that is installed on your computer. you should run live update to see if there is an updated version of speed disk available.

i did, it isn't. is this message as ominous as it sounds and is speed disk really worth the effort?
 
I'd still run it, but then I don't have a problem with reinstalling an OS that gets hosed either. :shrug:
