How long before they get over it

The Crusades is over. They have been over. We don't care about your faith. I'm beginnning to think maybe we should have a holy war & be done with it. Thank God we have better weapons

The Palestinian Authority's presentation of the U.S. as an enemy of Islam continues despite Washington's political and financial support of new chairman Mahmoud Abbas.

This week, a religious leader whose salary is paid by the PA added a new accusation, preaching that the U.S. war effort in Iraq and elsewhere, including "Palestine," attempts to force Muslims to convert to Christianity, according to Itamar Marcus of Israel-based Palestinian Media Watch.

The cleric said U.S. actions today were crueler than those of a "Christian Caesar" who, according to Islamic tradition, dipped a Muslim into boiling oil in order to force his conversion to Christianity.

Since they control most of the oil, how would that affect them today? :D

Seriously, they won every crusade but one. Oh, and which specific Ceasar do you suppose he is referring to. Although, to be fair, forced conversion was once a very common christian practice.

Note that I've never seen a good "boiling in oil" though. :lloyd:

Edit: It's also worth noting (and answers Gonz's original question) that they still haven't gotten over the irregularities in the "succession" after Mohammed died.
