Oversimplification, yes, but deadwrong, no. I prefer to think of it as a stretch of the truth to fit what society sees at the moment. Here's another comic...

I was speaking as to being dead wrong to reality itself. I didnt know I was supposed to be grading against the reverse vision rose colored glasses of societal perceptions. If everything were judged in the moment in the eyes of society... well... then everything is the truth in varying degrees. It just depends on the emotional knee jerk reaction of the moment.

It's true. Those who dominate something, be it the market, society or even the world in some form or manner, are often beyond justice to the point where the law no longer has the power to make them accountble for their actions.

Or putting it more lightly, "you hit the nail on the head"
