Gotta love unions...

The WEA recently decided that, despite the direct benefit to children, the Children’s Fund will now refuse to reimburse teachers for some of their purchases simply because “[a] great many of the receipts members submit for reimbursement are for purchases from Wal-Mart.”

What makes the WEA think that hurting Wal-Mart (search) is more important than meeting the needs of children? The answer is clear: Wal-Mart has successfully resisted unionization of its employees, becoming organized labor's common enemy. For the WEA, penalizing Wal-Mart's anti-union policies is more important than allowing its members to help their needy students.

Is Wal mart the company that employs illegal aliens and pays them less than Americans? Would that happen if there were unions?
 
idiots. who cares whether or not they are unionised? it should not make a difference. Not to mention that Wal Mart has the idea that you CAN but you should not. they wont fire you for it and such.

effect on an international company with yearly

Yep just another reason why Unions are good for no one,
except maybe the Union leaders themselves.
 
Illegal aliens should be payed less than Americans.

All branches of the NEA repeatedly show thier stupidity. Rather ironic, considering their member base.

They contracted out their cleaning needs to a janitorial service. The janitorial service hired illegal aliens and paid themn less than Americans. They weren't on Wal-Mart's payroll, but it's somehow Wal-Mart's fault anyway.

I agree. The problem is you will have people on the left bitching about it while ignoring the fact they are illegal
