IBM Thinkpad 600

Okay, so this guy I know couldn't install a networking card in his girlfriends e-Machine so I took care of it last night. I wouldn't have charged him but he gave me an IBM Thinkpad 600 with a broken TFT (13.3 inch). Anyone know of a good place to get parts or a parts machine really cheap. I'm watching some stuff on ebay, but I don't want to spend much on this as I could probably buy a complete one for 150 bucks or less. I'm pretty sure the hard disk has issues as well.

If you can get one that works for 150, the best place for that one is in the trash. From what I've heard, a panel will cost you around 100, not hardly worth it if the HD dies next month.

PT where can i find one for around a hundred? i got a A21m that needs a new screen.
Runs perfect cept for that.

I'm watching one on ebay thats $25 so far.
I don't think it fits the A21, Sam, but he says he's got more.

I've never bought one, but I ran across a few when I was looking for a replacement battery for my laptop. I couldn't tell you about the companies I was looking at though, ended up getting one from a local shop.
