When is an iceberg officially an iceberg, what size is it, etc.

or can you throw a ice cube in the ocean and call it an iceberg.

I think those numbers refer to the size above sea level only. But "less than 1 metre" can also mean 0.0000001cm so the table itself must be wrong or "growlers" aren't icebergs at all.
 
Maybe the dividing line should be if the "iceberg" contains enough ice to fill a German Oktoberfest beer stein. If it can fill "das boot" (anyone seen Beerfest?) then it's certainly an iceberg. :D
