PM EST Thursday...
The National Weather Service in northern Indiana has issued a Winter
Storm Warning.
Snow will develop over the area this morning. Accumulations will be
less than 2 inches by noon... but snowfall is expected to increase
this afternoon and tonight. Snow is expected to taper off by Thursday
afternoon with total accumulations from 8 to 14 inches. To make
matters worse... winds will increase this evening causing considerable
drifting and blowing snow.

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations, slow
down and allow extra time when traveling. Practice your winter
safety rules, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your car
in case of emergency.
