I'm Impressed with Dabs.com

I bought a cheap AOpen 52x CD-Rom (OEM) from them 2 months ago, then 2 weeks ago it went wrong and refused to recognise any discs that I put in it. After contacting dabs I returned it using their carriers and just received a 56x replacement (retail boxed) this morning after they told me it could take up to 4-6 weeks. Now that's what I call service.

that's excellent, i'd heard a few iffy things about dabs service in the past but i looks like they've ironed them out a bit
