This time I'm not talking about abstinence but I'd like to remind those without AIDS that that is still the surest way to avoid HIV.

I am speaking of the evil & vile, the unneeded, the absolute quickest way to the poor house unless you are rich...I'm speaking of TAX CUTS!!!! They work everytime they are tried. Our economy needs teh money in the hands of the producers, not the government or the sponges.

Last week's Treasury report on U.S. finances for December shows a year-to-date fiscal 2005 deficit already $11 billion less than last year's. In the first three months of the fiscal year that began last October, federal cash outlays rose 6.1 percent and tax collections grew 10½ percent. When more money comes in than goes out, the deficit shrinks.
