Kennedy Center Honors

Did anyone see it last night? Numerous people came on to honor Elton John with his music and Kid Rock literally brought the people to their feet! It was amazing .. all these stuffy black-tie men and formal gown-wearing women were up, dancing as he was singing "Saturday Night" .. it was amazing.

Oh crap, how did I miss this thread. Although I've been a fan of Elton for years, I have to confess I watched this mainly to see just what Kid Rock would do. For anyone who isn't familiar with the Kennedy Center, it's a very upscale theatre. Operas, High class stuff. The freaking President was there, even. I thought the show was awesome, and to see these people standing up screaming in tuxes was only part of it.

PT - it was so cool to see that. Kid brought the place down to its knees! I thought for sure some magazine would have covered that, but none so far that I've seen.
