Now I'm really glad I didn't buy the Minolta 7D last year.

They made digital SLR's, too, Gonz. I think they made some good, rugged, 35mm cameras, though, and I'll miss them. Now it's going to be Nikon vs Canon...the extremely expensive with excellent rep vs the affordable with so-so rep. Minolta priced themselves out of the market.
