Leslie, he's got his hand in a peace-sign like pose and he's flicking his tongue out between his index and middle fingers. That little bump you see to the left is his fist.

la.gif was what it was named when I found it. :shrug:

I think because besides looking like it's practicing licking poontang, it also looks like it's saying "la-la-la!" :headbang:
