A Texas justice of the peace says the fact that local officials won't let him choose the color of his office carpet is a clear sign of racism and that he is thinking about suing, reports KBTV.
Justice of the Peace Paul Brown says he is sick of his name being dragged through the mud about the color of carpet he requested in his new office. Now he's taking action.
"Enough is enough but they backed me into a corner and now I`m gonna check with the NAACP and the Justice Department and see if we got a lawsuit," Brown says.
