Yesterday was also Rememberance Sunday when they held the the ceremony at the Cenataph in London(Televised) and the March Past, not to mention services for the fallen and smaller ceremonies all around the country at memorials in each town and city. Colchester is a military town so we always have a big turnout.
My flags are flying but because of the weather today, haven't seen many veterans to thank today. I'll just have to thank them silently, in my own way. And my favorite veteran is on a cruise ship right now so I'll have to wait till he returns on Saturday.
