Lottery winnings...

It's a big thing over here, and it seems to happen a lot, with smaller lottery winnings, they have a new campaign that you have to sign your lottery tickets before they will even check it. Well right now it is should sign, in the new year, it will be the law.

And the OLG did the right thing, and gave the real winners their money, and will collect from the thief.
