You can pretty well eat anything you want if you keep your metabolism high. The problem is that most people who eat fast food are eating it because they don't have time to waste excercising. It's a cascade effect.

That ones it. And it's about 35 miles away from where I live. The opposite direction of where I work.

Actually, the majority of those are either Kansas City or St. Louis, or suburbs of. There's only 3 that aren't.
