My cable is 128kbps, not so bad for browsing, but it sucks for downlods, 1MB per minute approx.

ouch, i'm 1mbit down 128k up now, better thn my 1mbit/256k DSL cause it actually goes much further when downloading, have seen constant 3-4mbit speeds whilst downloading.
