Upon enveloping oneself with a black robe, it appears than, for many, common sense & even simple good sense, go out the window.

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court expanded job protections for roughly half the nation's work force Wednesday, ruling that federal law allows people 40 and over to file age bias claims over salary and hiring even if employers never intended any harm.

So, if one of these companies say they won't hire me I can now sue them? Because they were looking after the best interest of their company.
