I love mushrooms!! I'll eat them with anything.

Cut 'em up however you like 'em.
Add like.. a tablespoon of butter to the frying pan
fresh minced garlic
and soya sauce (a few dashes)

Mmm.....

Ever have fried zucchini leaves?

Funny you should say that... my brother, when he was really young, used to call them "headaches" and then my nephew did, too.

Now they eat them like crazy.

Teehee, I'm waiting to see if that happens too. Every so often, I try eatting some, only to later get a major headache (As per usual), sigh, and wait a couple months till I can pluck up the courage and eat 'em again
