Heck... I want the old school rules applied. Only landowners over 21 should be able to vote. The common ilk are far too apathetic and stupid to have any say in how things are run. They can't run their own lives, god knows they shouldn't run mine.

Well why the hell not?
They are people too.
If they can get their feet on our soil we already
afford them all the rights everyone else has!
In many cases even more!
Here if an illegal gets in a car wreck the SOP
is to get away. If I run away they will come get me
and things will be worse, they get away scott free.
They actually have more trouble if they remain on the scene!

True. You can also be a good participatory non-citizen. However, you are still a NON-citizen. Rank has its privleges.
