Winner of the world's smelliest cheese is not to be sniffed at

SCIENTISTS have found what could be the smelliest cheese in the world, it emerged yesterday.

Vieux Boulogne, a soft cheese from France, beat 14 other whiffy varieties in tests, including one so smelly it is reputedly banned on some public transport networks.

Yes, but I am not sure where the science fits in here...maybe in how the basic elements reacct to make the smell, the aging process or maybe they work for the FDA or something. Who knows.
