what do y'all use to resize photos? looking for a photo editor that will resize pics by pixels. something cheap, as i dont do a lot of photo editing, would be best.

If all you want to do is resize www.irfanview.com( FREE ) ,they also offer an option to compress which is great if your emailing photos.
