This sequel to Picasa from google is out (aptly titles Picasa 2)

Anyone tried it? Pretty cool IMO. Has a lot of crucial things picasa was missing (like zoom for one) and is overall much better.

Nifty little photo managing tool and for free.

On this PC I have about 60k pictures, it handles 'em all qwickly with minimal stress on resourses.

"Hello" is smooth for its purposes, fast and clean.

. Every time you open Picasa, it automatically locates all your pictures (even ones you forgot you had)

I had thought of that too but you can "hide" folders and not load em up at all if so desired.

But yeah, I did think of that.
