Through a partnership between Microsoft and Bondi Digital Publishing, Playboy Enterprises has put 53 back issues of Playboy on the Web, viewable through Microsoft's Silverlight viewer.

As someone on another forum pointed out, hiding a laptop under your mattress is not as romantic.


On the plus side, you wouldn't need the flashlight. :lol2:

Not sure about Silverlight 3, but Silverlight 2 ran just fine on my four-year-old Pentium 4 2.8 GHz machine.

I think they recommend running it as a 32 bit process in a 64 bit OS if that applies to anyone.

why do you have to install anything?
Media player ain't no good no more?
M$'s answer to Flash, I suppose.

MLB.tv used Silverlight for streaming video last year. It ran more smoothly than streaming it through media player. I hear this year they're going to start using flash instead, though.
