after 10 months in the spotlight, the recession and the bailouts have completely dropped off the map, as everyone moves on to arguing about healthcare. Someone with little trust of the government might wonder if this time was picked for healthcare reform solely for the purpose of distracting people from whether TARP fixed the economy or whether it just lined the pockets of lobbyists.
