San Diego vs Chicago superbowl?

Equal top records in their conference. Think it'll happen?

If it does, I think San Diego has it.
 
I don't think Chicago can get there. The offense is suspect and they've got too many injuries on that defense. I think the NFC this year is going to be like the AFC last year. The team that gets on a roll (Philadelphia?) will get to the Superbowl. OTOH, if San Diego doesn't make it (and win it) I'll be shocked but that's why they play the games.
 
Who knows from the NFC. I have no faith in the Bears at all, plus I kind of hate them. The Saints can be a little enigmatic but are pretty damn solid overall. Cowboys/Eagles/Seachickens/Giants/Packers/Falcons/et.all define mediocrity.

So yeah, I'd have to say Saints-Chargers at this point.
 
Scary ain't it? After Tampa won a Super Bowl (against somebody, can't recall who it was...the Flavios or something) anything is possible in the NFL. If Texas ever wins a World Series I believe in miracles.
 
Keep in mind that Marty Schottenheimer has a similar curse to Peyton Manning... that should count for something. The Chargers SHOULD win it all... but don't be surprised to see Baltimore instead.
 
If Brian Billick wins two Super Bowls I might quit watching football.

Ok maybe not, but I can't stand that dude.
