ummm, i don't really know, but i think chuck norris is less ridiculous-looking and has better hair... and thats all i really care about.

Okay, acting I like Norris better but that's just a personal opinion. Fighting? Let's see, Chuck Norris is a multiple world karate champion and eighth degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Steven Seagal is a moderately tall actor and former aikido instructor who generally (IMO, of course) doesn't act. Any questions?
