Too cute for words
Saw the movie today. Not half bad. If you're a fan you'll definitely enjoy it but I don't think you have to be a fan to do so.

It's not necessary, I don't think, but it helps you be familiar with the characters. Ron Glass's character is not explained very well if you aren't familiar with it, and Inara (Morena Baccarin) kind of comes out of nowhere. You'll figure out where the Reavers really come from though. ;)

I vote "yes."

Besides, it's a really good show.
