Shopoholics - a disease?

rose i wouldnt suggest just taking the anti depressants. a journal I read called psychology today has stated that they can be addictive. also if it helps give yourself a budget before you go shopping.

That is true, they can be addictive, but they can also save your life. Talk to your doctor, or better yet a psychiatrist, they can help you figure out what you need to do.
 
*hehe* I'd never take a pill for the shopping habit. Fortunately I can control it somewhat - I know I spend too much, but I'd never sacrifice my bills or family for such excessive spending. The antidepressant comment refers to other areas in my life that I'm trying to sort out.

well ill still say as i did. see a therapist first. like PT said they can save your life if you are that depressed.
