That means the story was written by the ASSOCIATED PRESS and NOT BY FOX. FOX simply posted the story on its site; I'm sure I could find the exact same story, word for word, at CNN, MSNBC, myway, etc.

I'm getting really tired of having to explain this OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

It makes no difference - Fox news is just as bad as the rest of them, it just smells A LOT worse :lol: . And the fact they choose to POST such a melodramatic story AT ALL - is stooopid. This is the point I was trying to make - if cnn, msnbc do the same they're just as STOOOPID..... thats news, baby.

seriously, I would prefer to hear about the war crimes being commited by U.S troops in IRAQ, how much Bush looks like a chimp, or perhaps something thats genuinely newsworthy for a change.

Evidence please. The only exceptions are, you may not use Hannity & Colmes or Pimp Daddy O'Reilly which are talk shows, not news shows.

I don't know why you get off on hearing about US troops committing atrocities, but that sort of thing gets played loud and clear, at least over here. Bush "looking like a chimp" isn't newsworthy because Democrats have been saying that since 2000. That's "olds," not "news."

Don't sweat it, Inky. She obviously isn't involved in any aspect of the countries defense, so taking cheap shots at the troops, with no knowledge whatsoever of their job, makes her seem intelligent. She's just trying to 'find herself' by disrespecting others...which is a distinctly liberal trait...;)

it is played here in NC too and in the DC area as well. Doesnt news become old and invalid after a few months?

Besides...I'm in the military, and have been known to take great offense at the term 'atrocities' bandied about with no applied knowledge of military rules, regulations, and doctrine.
