Something i noticed about pregnancy test commercials

I've noticed that over the past couple of years the pregnancy test commercials have gone from some young lady saying something like "I can't wait to find out if i'm pregnant" to "i'm not sure if i'm ready for a baby yet, i'd better find out if i'm pregnant". I wonder if this says anything about us?
 
I've kinda noticed the switch too, my wife and I used to laugh our asses off at these 18-19 year olds that were thrilled they were pregnant. Now it just doesn't seem quite so funny.

That's what my wife and I would always laugh at, why they aren't honest I'll never know. Just once, I'd love to hear "You're what? You ruined my life you fucking whore"

Or guys shouldn't be sleeping around... It is not just the girl's fault for getting pregnant, the guy is just as responsible. Sadly we don't take responsibility most of the time. :(

My respect for you just increased exponentially. I admire that (taking responsibility for your actions) a lot. (OK it sounds silly lol, but it is true)
 
Not trying to sound like too much of a sap here, but I had no choice, when I found out I was going to have a child, I had to be a part of it's life. I'm quite glad I made that call too, even though I hate the bitch that gave birth to him. :D

Very true. And guys should be more responsible. But, looking at what kids are doing to themselves today, I don't think that's ever gonna happen.
 
homey, SNL did a skit on that very thing. Couple of kids in college, girl had a boyfriend. guy said he wanted to just party. it was great. a look at what its really like.
