I'm going to read that book. Looks interesting. The first step in addressing a problem is to understand the problem. If you don't fully understand the problem, how can you possibly expect to solve it?

His role is to lead. By example, by instruction, by discipline, by loving, by every means available. Being there is step one, but not nearly enough.
