They used him specifically because of his tongue. He was an expert witness in the "taste trial" between Miller Lite and Bud Light. The judge allowed his testimony to stand because of that tongue.

There was also a rap star who the judge accepted as a flavor expert because his name is, after all, Flava Flav.
