Wow. Just wow. Now, I know the judge has postponed the sentence, and it will probably get suspended, but this raises a few questions.
I hate spam, it's annoying. I don't think it's worth prison time though. People who write viruses, maybe they deserve some time, but not spammers. I'm thinking here that a much more proper punishment here would be fines, perhaps injunctions against using computers, losing any professional licenses, business licenses, something like that, but not prison time. What do you think?
