Spike TV

he just wants to make money off it but that means he can sue anything with the name spike. one mag i read at work said the rugrats have a dog named spike :shrug: maybe next hell take nickelodeon to court.
 
If i was the judge i would just throw this out. There is so many things with the word spike in it.....why sue tnn for using the word? he just wants to make some quick cash, i don't think its worth the time or trouble to sue tnn for the word.
