Explains the traffic issues.

The Census Bureau reported Thursday that four of the 10 fastest-growing counties in America are in Atlanta's suburbs, where sprawl has created some of the worst traffic congestion in the country.

Wait until we outstrip our water supply. Then it's going to get really fun around here.

Yeah, I've been reading that Atlanta is THE hotspot in the country right now, more jobs, more housing, and more traffic. have fun with that, I'll be up here in my zero growth town.

you know, i am seriously considering the civil service test....know how to go about taking it?

Check your local Federal Building. My comment was about the Reserves, though, considering that Warner-Robins is HQAFRES... ;)

2 hours south. Dobbins ARB, however, is around the corner.

I grew up in Warner Robbins.

 I thought Dobbins ARB was the house-elf in Harry Potter...

Besides. All civilian jobs on reserve bases are pretty much held by Air Force Reserve Technicians...meaning you have to be a reservist to get them. ;)

Now, now...It's not so bad. Look on the bright side...you could wind up working for me... :grinyes:..
i just don't want to join the 3 mile a year club again ;)

 Three mile club? We only have to run a timed course of 1 and 1/2 miles, do some sit-ups, and do some push-ups. How many push-ups and sit-ups depends upon your age, as does your maximum time for the run...We have real jobs, so we don't have as much time to exercise. :grinyes:

yes, gato...but if you run 1 1/2 miles every 6 months then that places you in the 3 mile a year club ;)

Every 6 months? Just once a year, dear. We're a people-oriented and customer-service driven force. ;)

The other day I saw a census forecast for 2050. The USA will still be third, with 420,000,000 people. Thinks driving's bad now?
